What we collect, and what we do with it.

The interest form.When you request a visit, we collect what you type — your name, email address, your child’s grade, and any note — plus your browser’s user-agent string. We use it for exactly one thing: talking with you about enrollment. It is stored in a secure database, accessible only to the school’s staff, and is never sold, shared, rented, or used for advertising.

Browsing. The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, and the counsel data room sets one cookie whose only job is keeping authorized visitors signed in.

Children. This site is written for parents, and the form asks about your child only what enrollment conversation requires: a grade level. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deletion. Write to inquiries@nyfreeschool.com and we will delete your submission — no questions, within ten days, with confirmation when it’s done.

Changes. If our practices change — for example, when enrollment opens and we begin collecting application records under an enrollment agreement — this page changes first, with a new effective date.
